This policy explains how TypingTez (“we”, “the site”) handles information when you use it. Contact: viksa7726@gmail.com.

1. What you type stays on your device

The typing tests, practice lessons and certificate generator run entirely in your browser. The text you type and the name you enter for a certificate are not sent to our servers.

2. Data stored in your browser

We use your browser’s localStorage to save your test history (speed, accuracy, date), your best score, streak and the name you last used on a certificate, and sessionStorage to remember that a visit was already counted in this session. A service worker caches site files so the tools work offline. You can delete all of this at any time by clearing site data in your browser (or using the “Reset” button under Progress).

3. Visit counter

To show a public visit counter, your browser sends one anonymous request per session to our server (hosted on Cloudflare). We store only a running total number – no IP address, name or identifier is saved by us. Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, may process technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance under its own privacy policy.

4. Third-party advertising and cookies

This site displays banner advertisements served by a third-party ad network, Adsterra, and its advertising partners. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, IP address and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure performance and prevent fraud, and may show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. We do not control these third-party cookies. Please review Adsterra’s privacy policy at adsterra.com/privacy-policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use your device’s ad-personalisation settings to opt out of personalised ads.

Ads are loaded in isolated, sandboxed frames that cannot redirect this page. If you ever see an ad that redirects you or looks misleading, please email us.

5. Children

The site is suitable for students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; no account or sign-up exists.

6. Your rights

Because we do not store personal data on our servers, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. For any privacy question or request, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, email viksa7726@gmail.com.
